Sticks’N’Sushi Selects SevenRooms to Enhance Guest Experience Across 23 Venues

LONDON (22 February 2022)Sticks’n’Sushi, the renowned Copenhagen-based sushi and yakitori specialist, today announces a new partnership with SevenRooms, a guest experience and retention platform for the hospitality industry. The restaurant brand now utilises SevenRooms’ technology at 23 of their properties, spanning 6 cities across the UK, Germany and Denmark. 

The partnership facilitates the creation of a shared guest database across all Sticks’n’Sushi venues, allowing establishments to take control of their guest data to deliver an outstanding, personalised and consistent customer experience across all of their premises. This means that guests dining at any of Sticks’n’Sushi’s nine UK establishments will receive the same high-quality experience, regardless of which location they choose to dine at. Guests who are travelling abroad will also benefit from integrated data systems, allowing them to enjoy a familiar, first-class dining experience wherever they are in the world.
