The 'Bay Room’ is our semiprivate space perfect for intimate gatherings and small events. Tucked away from the main dining room, it boasts full beach views and direct deck access.Available lunch and dinner, it accommodates up to 40 guests seated, alternatively up to 60 guests standing.Minimum spend applies. (September-March: $4,000 | April- August: $2,500)Food & BeverageExecutive chef Jason Staudt and his team of dedicated chefs have curated a generous food offering which is European in flavour & Australian in style.Stokehouse Pasta & Bar beverage menu offers both classic and signature cocktails, and a wide selection of beers and spirits. A premium wine list curated by head sommelier Wil Martin, is also available for your group to enjoy.Booking InformationStandard duration of event is 4-hours for lunch and 5-hours for dinner. Guests will be required to vacate the premises within 30 minutes after the conclusion of service.Lunch bookings can commence from 12pm and conclude no later than 4pm, dinner events can commence from 6pm and conclude no later than 12am. Access to the venue for set up is 1.5-hours prior to the event start time.Please note in line with our sustainability ethos we do not allow any balloons, confetti, glitter or single use plastic decorations.Deposit $1,500 deposit is required upon placing a reservation.Cancellation Policy All cancellations to be made in writing to contact@stokepastaandbar.com.auIn the event of a cancellation, postponement or transfer of the event date, you must advise us in writing 30 days or more before the event date, or 100% of the deposit will be retained.
