Director, Product Marketing

About the Role

SevenRooms is transforming hospitality. We help restaurant, hotel, nightclub and entertainment operators create and cultivate direct relationships with their guests. Our reservation, seating and guest engagement platform boosts revenue and enables personalized service and marketing.

We’re searching for an experienced B2B product marketing professional to drive our client-facing product marketing efforts. Reporting to the SVP, Marketing, you will be a product expert and play a key cross-functional role in evangelizing our product with internal and external audiences. 

What You'll Do

  • Develop product value prop, positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for customers, customer-facing teams, prospects, and Sales
  • Work with Product, the wider Marketing team, Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to gather feedback, develop, and deliver clear messaging for SevenRooms’ products
  • Launch and promote new product to customers amplifying the message through multiple marketing channels
  • Create and maintain sales collateral and training materials, including pitch decks, training guides and more
  • Create content that support our value prop and demonstrates our product and category leadership
  • Develop data-driven programs and campaigns aimed that drive onboarding, activation and retention of our hospitality clients
  • Conduct market research and maintain pulse on competitive product offerings
  • Run NPS tracking programs

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of demonstrated product marketing experience
  • Deep expertise in current and innovative B2B marketing strategies across multiple channels (email, webinars, live chat, display, paid social, etc.), including the creation, execution, measurement, analysis and reporting across channels
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company or hospitality-focused environment is preferred
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Totango, MixPanel and Looker is a big plus
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to distill key takeaways quickly
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Collaborative, team player with the ability to also drive things forward across multiple cross-functional teams

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and execute a clear strategy for delivering world-class Customer Success, Support, and Services in order to increase SevenRooms’ capability to successfully deliver value across all of our markets globally during this period of fundamental growth
  • Evaluate and leverage the existing Success and Services strategy, team infrastructures, and operational metrics, and implement necessary adjustments needed to increase renewal rates, drive expansion with current clients, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Support SevenRooms’ growth by understanding value drivers for SMB/Mid-Market & Enterprise organizations. Build a scalable and predictable Customer Success playbook with high operational rigor that addresses the specific needs of SevenRooms’ diversified customer base
  • Build and retain a world-class team of Customer Success professionals, including mid-level managers and directors. Inspire, encourage, enable, and develop high performers, while building a culture of predictability, accountability, and consistency
  • Expand SevenRooms’ ability to deliver value to our customers by developing and implementing new, innovative and forward thinking services offerings
  • Create and nurture a feedback loop with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing. Work with cross-functional business partners to ensure satisfaction, adoption and expanded use of solutions across all levels of customer size and complexity
  • The VP of CS is joining a team where culture is paramount to the success of the organization. SevenRooms is looking for an accomplished leader who has demonstrated the ability to lead by serving others, who is a perpetual learner, and who has the ability to continually motivate the team and uplevel the CS organization

Who You Are

  • Experience leading an international Customer Success, Support and Services organization at a high growth B2B SaaS company
  • Expertise in supporting customer operations by effectively setting KPIs, monitoring customer health, and designing processes and leveraging systems for high adoption
  • Proven ability to achieve and surpass customer renewal and revenue expansion targets, as well as customer usage/engagement metrics
  • A deep understanding of customer use cases and product capabilities. Ability to diagnose common customer needs and issues, and to translate those needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong understanding of the complexity and nuances of different market segments (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise) and the ability to develop a customer journey lifecycle that is strategically tailored to the needs of each segment
  • Familiarity and practical expertise with various success-enablement technologies such as success management platforms, community and portal tools, self-service tools, on-line training tools, etc.

Director, Sales Operations

About the Role

We’re building a world-class revenue organization - one that combines highly effective sales processes and systems with a customer experience that people will rave about. The right person for this role is an experienced Sales Operations leader who is able to both operate strategically at 10,000 ft and execute tactically at 10 ft. We are looking for someone who is excited to be the driving force behind an amazing sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Define and continuously improve sales processes internally to maximize sales productivity and drive revenue growth
  • Architect or guide the process to rearchitect salesforce for new products, contracts, and sales processes
  • Lead development of analytical frameworks, tools, dashboards, and techniques to measure and report on key revenue and sales pipeline metrics, as well as individual seller metrics
  • Lead efforts to scale standard methodologies to improve sales team productivity
  • Measure progress against revenue goals and provide key metrics and data to Revenue Leadership
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of key projects including marketing, sales, customer success, and product
  • Continuously find opportunities for process / program improvements and optimization

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, preferably within high-growth technology or SaaS environments
  • Visionary for revenue operations function for the company
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations, customer success, marketing and successfully driving management in a complex, changing organization
  • Lead generation and GTM strategy development experience
  • Experience with a variety of salesforce structures and broad change management of systems to drive new business models or efficiencies
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Excel required, Netsuite and Totango desirable
  • Ability to drive change across functional and business boundaries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities

Accounting Manager

About the Role

SevenRooms is looking for an Accounting Manager to provide management of daily accounting processes and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is well organized, possesses a strong attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This individual should be a self-starter, comfortable with owning projects from start to finish and proactively providing insights to our Leadership and Finance teams.

What You'll Do

Accounting

  • Manage monthly close processes, including but not limited to general ledger review, journal entry review, and analysis and reconciliation of P&L and Balance Sheet accounts
  • Evaluate new and existing customer contracts for proper ASC 606 treatment
  • Develop and maintain technical accounting policies and memos
  • Own expense reimbursement and commission process
  • Manage external accountants for audit and tax
  • Implement process and system improvements where necessary

Finance

  • Help manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting package, including financial statements, KPIs, and metric dashboards
  • Assist in maintaining company financial and expense policies
  • Create investor & Board of Director presentations

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a CPA required
  • 4+ years of related work experience
  • Public accounting audit experience strongly preferred
  • Technical understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve desired company results
  • Proficient in Netsuite, Microsoft Excel (including vlookups and pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint
