    • Graphics/images for slides, event signage, promo items, and email (specifically with Marketo in mind)
    • Collateral-like content inclusive of ebooks, white papers, and infographics
  • Organization and retention of content, protecting the brand

Who You Are

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant design solution
  • Proven experience designing presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides
  • Ownership over creative asset management systems
  • Ability to hold a strong design vision while remaining collaborative and open to new ideas
  • Collaborative team player who's also capable of working independently
  • B2B design experience is required

Customer Success Manager

What You'll Do

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Ad-hoc tasks

Who You Are

  • 3-5+years working in challenging, customer-facing roles, ideally within the B2B & SaaS space
  • Proven experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role strongly preferred
  • Technical aptitude and understanding of the hospitality software industry preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; email and phone professionalism and charisma
  • Passion for the hospitality tech space
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Built and implemented systems and process for internal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail

Director, Customer Success

About the Role

SevenRooms is hiring for a Director, Customer Success to lead our Restaurant Success function. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and hiring members of the Customer Success team, while also providing our clients with a fantastic experience on our platform. You will lead strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing adoption, retention, and overall customer lifetime value for our clients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer experience, is metrics-driven, and will help reinforce our customer-first mindset and culture.

What You'll Do

  • Mentor and inspire a global team of high-performing Customer Success Managers
  • Develop best practices as well as user adoption and retention strategies for your team
  • Partner with Onboarding to ensure successful implementations and smooth transitions to Customer Success
  • Liaise with Product and Engineering on identification and tracking of customer requirements
  • Track accounts through engagement data (via tools like Looker and Totango) to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk
  • Develop performance objectives for our Customer Success Managers, financial targets and capacities, and critical milestones for client lifecycles
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific requirements

Who You Are

  • 5-8+ years of management experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing positions within a rapidly growing SaaS company
  • People management and development experience; demonstrated leadership through accountability, continuous training, and coaching
  • Proven track record of conducting quantitative analysis to derive insights and implement growth strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • Working knowledge of Totango and Looker is a plus

Customer Success Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Intern to help support our Onboarding and Customer Success team, and ultimately our hospitality operators. 

You’re a detail-oriented person who is eager to learn more about the tech industry and the hospitality space. You are willing to do whatever it takes to help move the team along and help everyone get to their goals. This is a part-time position and will report to the Manager of Restaurant Onboarding. We are looking for an individual to be available for 15-25 hours during the workweek, but are flexible on what days you are here. Immediate start, potential through end of June 2020.

  • Assist with the onboarding experience for our restaurant, nightclub, and hotel operators by gathering and inputting data, creating accounts, and assisting with ad hoc projects.

Senior Product Designer

About the Role

Our Product team is seeking a hands-on Senior Product Designer to craft and deliver extraordinary experiences to our customers. You will work closely with our world-class team of engineers, product managers and designers, learning about our product, mobile and cloud technology stack, agile software development process, and crafting features that ship directly to our customers. This role will report into the VP of Product.

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of SevenRooms’ Product UI styles, patterns, and standardized elements and interactions.
  • Manage your bandwidth and project pipeline to execute UI/UX design in time with our team’s software roadmap.
  • Provide prototypes/deliverables to describe interactions and motion to enhance UI.
  • Execute final, “pixel perfect” UI designs and package, spec, and prep for engineering.
  • Obsessively QA developed software for visual perfection, and provide detailed feedback to engineering towards revisions.

 

Who You Are

  • 5-8+ years of software UI/UX design experience; B2B and/or SaaS experience preferred
  • Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Enthusiasm to get your hands dirty in design - wireframes, pixel perfect mocks, and prototypes
  • Experience working on a high-performing, collaborative team in a complex and ambiguous environment
  • Very solid, current, and demonstrable skill in multiple areas of UX design (research, IA, visual, prototyping, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of the tools of the trade (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, prototyping tools).
  • Crystal clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Experience with accessibility, localization and internationalization

About the Role

We're looking for talented and highly consultative Account Executives to help hospitality operators find the solution they’ve been dreaming of!

You love hospitality and technology, and have had proven SaaS sales success. You’re excited by the prospect of working with a seven-year-old startup headquartered in New York and with a European office based in London (Victoria). About the Role

Our business is growing, and we’re looking for a seasoned General Manager to build and strengthen our presence in Asia.

Based in Hong Kong, you will own the strategic direction across our Asia Pacific markets and deliver results aligned with the opportunities that come from our expanding presence in the region. About the Role

SevenRooms is looking for an experienced enterprise sales leader to join our rapidly growing team. The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will manage and scale our enterprise sales function. In addition to leading a fantastic team of sales professionals, you will also be helping hospitality venues find the technology platform they’ve been dreaming of! You will be responsible for developing our enterprise sales strategy, both in New York City and in select field markets. You will write the enterprise playbook and build out the capabilities that will set SevenRooms up for success. Senior Partnerships Manager

About the Role

The SevenRooms’ Concierge Portal enables corporate concierges from around the globe to easily manage their restaurant relationships and book reservations at the world’s best restaurants. Working in direct partnership with the largest concierges in the industry, like American Express and Aspire Lifestyles, SevenRooms helps to create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their members.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Partnerships Manager who will own our current Concierge relationships and grow their success on SevenRooms, while adding new partners to our program. This will involve working with a diverse set of clients to set and reach program goals, managing the concierge team and other internal stakeholders to improve program execution, and identifying and selling into new potential partner clients.

This is a full-time position and will report to the Director of Partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, own and grow all of our Concierge relationships by being the external-facing SevenRooms leader and internal advocate for our partners
  • Work with a diverse set of partners to set program goals and ensure those goals are reached, while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
  • Identify new and innovative ways in which SevenRooms can add additional value to our current partners, and execute against those ideas
  • Work with the Concierge Onboarding Coordinator and wider Customer Success team to build better venue onboarding and reservation fulfillment processes
  • Communicate daily with our Concierge clients and venues to coordinate program execution, ensure program compliance and resolve high-level issues
  • Own the business metrics for the Concierge business, which includes tracking and reporting on those metrics
  • Be able to create insightful and easy-to-understand custom reporting for partners
  • Project manage complex launches that will involve working across all operational teams
  • Manage the sales process of our Concierge programs into restaurants
  • Be able to manage and negotiate enterprise-level contracts

Who You Are

You love technology, hospitality and have worked in complex client management roles before. You are intrigued by operations, project management, and solving multiple puzzles simultaneously. You seek challenges, excitement and a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of making the client experience fantastic and will go to great lengths to make sure that happens. Most importantly, you want to be a part of an awesome and hardworking hospitality tech startup changing the world of hospitality.

  • 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years working in challenging, client-management roles
  • Has managed several large, complex B2B partnerships
  • Exceptional written and oral client communication skills, including empathetic listening and an ability to convey information effectively
  • Has 2+ years experience managing a team
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead and handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects on deadline
  • Has experience with negotiating and executing enterprise level contracts
  • Ideal candidate has some sales experience
  • Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly collaborative with a positive, go-getter attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
