About the Role

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist who will develop and implement configuration and launch strategies for our clients. In this role, you will understand customers' current challenges in order to accelerate timely product adoption. Throughout this role you will continue to provide support for clients in the onboarding phase to ensure their long-term success.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist restaurants across the globe to get up and running on the SevenRooms Platform
  • Successfully and effectively manage simultaneous, diverse implementation projects on schedule, and with high customer satisfaction; projects include implementation of different solutions including reservation, waitlist, & table management; online ordering, POS, marketing automation, and more
  • Develop and manage all client onboarding activities from project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration and launch to accelerate time to first value
  • Be a product expert, able to help clients learn the platform effectively and optimize their utilization based off their business needs
  • Collaborate directly with various external stakeholders to confirm goals, driving implementation of SevenRooms at their venue and tailor configuration and communication toward those those goals
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives to support customers toward product adoption

Who You Are

  • 1-2+ years of experience working in challenging, customer-facing roles, ideally within the SaaS industry or hospitality technology
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong project management experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Highly-collaborative 
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Salesforce, Totango a plus but not required

About the Role

The Director, Client Onboarding will be responsible for empowering and supporting a team of Onboarding Specialists, leading initiatives aimed at a timely and accurate rollout of our product to ensure high adoption, and overall customer lifetime value.

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, including 5+ years managing Implementation teams
  • Strong data analytics background coupled with a strategic mindset
  • Proven experience building and managing dynamic, collaborative, and high performing teams
  • Experience creating and implementing cross-team processes and documentation
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a high-growth environment

About The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer (POS) who will install and implement POS integrations for various restaurant, hotel, and nightlife clients in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting POS integrations for a variety of products and use cases. You will partner closely with other SevenRooms team members to deliver timely solutions and exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Implement and support POS integrations for our clients
  • Assist Product and Engineering with new POS integration rollouts

Who You Are

  • 3+ years with Point of Sale (POS) technology installation and support, ideally within the hospitality technology industry
  • Experience with one or many POS products, including but not limited to products from NCR, Oracle/Micros, Agilysys, Toast, Par, Shift4, Lightspeed, Silverware, etc.
  • Experience using Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple questions, requests, and bug reports at once

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of product management experience; 3+ years building B2C SaaS applications required

  • Ability to quickly understand a specific client domain and identify the trends and opportunities in that space

About The Role

About the Role

The SevenRooms Security and Compliance team is expanding and building a leading information security practice to transform our information security capabilities and IT compliance posture. We’re seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Information Security Engineer to join us at SevenRooms to develop security safeguards and countermeasures to protect our organization’s assets, employees and customers. 

This role will require a strong background in securing SaaS environments, implementing network and endpoint security solutions and has experience with GCP security (specifically App Engine). The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of compliance concepts (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, ISO2700x, etc.) balanced with the practical experience in building security related operations, implementing security toolsets and to use your industry experience to own and drive the resolution of complex security incidents, policy questions and technical security issues. 

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement security operational processes to analyze, troubleshoot and investigate security related incidents, events and alerts.
  • Manage and execute on our third party risk management program including conducting vendor risk assessments. 
  • Own and manage our security awareness program - Facilitate internal training on various security topics to raise awareness and interest; foster a security aware culture at SevenRooms.     
  • Detailed involvement in performing annual security risk assessments and evaluating security gaps using existing security tools.
  • Identify, evaluate and implement a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tool and relevant processes for a decentralized SaaS environment.   
  • Identify, evaluate and implement a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool including developing our log data taxonomy and configuring effective alerting rules.
  • Develop dashboards and reports on security objectives and overall posture
  • Maintain, configure and analyze security platforms and tools.
  • Partner with external teams (e.g. Pen Testers) to validate the security health of our platform
  • Participate in DR exercises, Incident Response Plan exercises  and continuous improvement processes.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure other business units are in compliance with security best practices
  • Work with the Director of Security & Compliance, and CTO to build and maintain our security roadmap

Who You Are

  • 5 + years of relevant experience in Information Security and a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a cyber-security role with strong working knowledge and understanding of cyber security, frameworks, incident management, operations and application security best practices
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service or cloud service providers industry challenges
  • Must have experience with implementing and managing DLP and SIEM platforms, Event Logging and alerting systems.
  • Proven ability to develop tactical response procedures for security incidents and lead the identification, response, investigation and remediation of potential breaches and issues surrounding data security.
  • Experience with SentinelOne EDR, JAMF, Cisco Umbrella, endpoint security and networking technologies preferred 
  • Experience coordinating 3rd party/ vendor risk management or coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery efforts
  • Knowledge of network, host, application and data security; Vulnerability Scanning, internal and external perimeter protection, virtual private networks (VPN); intrusion detection & response; incident handling and forensics.
  • Security and cloud certifications (CySA+, GCIA, CCSP, CISSP, Google Compute Platform)
  • Experience using programming/scripting languages (Python, Ruby, etc)
  • Proven ability to manage projects to conclusion, while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to present complex security ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly way.
  • Maintains updated knowledge of best practices in the field of information security, security operations and security incident response/threat hunting.

About the Role

The SevenRooms Security and Compliance team is expanding and building a leading technology risk management practice to transform our IT compliance posture and information security capabilities. We’re seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Senior Technology GRC Analyst to join us at SevenRooms to support the team in the development of IT policies, processes and controls around SevenRooms’ PCI compliance, SOC2 compliance and other technology risk management activities.

This role will require an execution-oriented and strong team player who can work across the organization to help manage our audit requirements, identify process improvements and lead themselves and others in project completion. 

What You'll Do

  • Execute on our Technology GRC plan to ensure an effective internal control environment for PCI, SOC 2, ISO2700x and other regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). 
  • Review, implement and maintain a GRC tool to drive a risk aware and compliant-centric organization   
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functionally to assist business units in the development and implementation of remediation plans related to IT controls. 
  • Support the management in identifying key technology risks, forward thinking mitigation strategies and improvements to the business process. 
  • Review and enhance IT security policies and procedure documents based on ISO2700x standards. 
  • Educate the IT organization on governance, risk and controls, and compliance concepts
  • Develop and maintain ITGC process flows, procedural documentation and effective compliance strategies for key applications in a complex SaaS environment.  
  • Create and maintain internal control narratives, flowcharts and risk matrices.
  • Coordinate with third parties/auditors for all matters related to PCI audits, SOC 2 audits, Vendor Security Reviews, and financial audits. 

Who You Are

  • 3 - 5 + years of relevant experience in the fields of Information Systems audit, IT Risk Assurance, Internal and/or External audit (Big 4 preferred) 
  • Experience working at a SaaS company preferred
  • CISA, CISSP or equivalent Information Technology audit or security certifications are preferred 
  • Working knowledge of information security and computer networks, servers, database and SaaS technologies 
  • Experience working with GDPR, ISO2700x, ISO27017 and other regulations preferred 
  • Knowledge of the COSO 2013, COBIT and ITIL frameworks preferred
  • Proven ability to lead self and others in executing discrete tasks and developing compliance strategies to drive effective results
