About The Role

We are looking for a go-getter Sales Development Representative to help hospitality operators find the solution they’ve been dreaming of! You love hospitality and technology and want to be part of an innovative software startup changing the world of hospitality.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role of identifying and qualifying prospects that fit within our target customer profile. The SDR acts as the first point of personal contact between prospects and the company.  

What You’ll Do

  • Prospecting: Prospect and identify clients to contact via email outreach and cold calling
  • Engagement: Inspire prospects to learn about how SevenRooms can be an asset to their business
  • Pipeline Management: Manage an organized pipeline in Salesforce.com
  • Outreach & Research: Test new technologies to source contact information and facilitate outbound outreach; discover new target markets and implement thoughtful campaigns through outbound calls and emails; assist the sales team by identifying relevant decision makers
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships with prospects in the US and across the world

Who You Are

  • You have 1+ years of previous work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota driven sales environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and determined individual who likes the challenge of setting and exceeding goals
  • Cold calling, sales training and Salesforce.com experience is preferred
  • Restaurant, nightlife or hotel industry experience a plus

About The Role

We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to develop and implement configuration and launch strategies for our clients in the United Kingdom. You will understand customers' current challenges in order to accelerate timely product adoption. This role is essential to our goal of providing support for clients in the onboarding phase and ensuring their long-term success. You will be joining a 4 person team and reporting directly to our GM, Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Success: Develop and manage all client onboarding activities from project kick-off, training, configuration, data migration and launch to accelerate time to first value
  • Project Management: Successfully and effectively manage simultaneous, diverse implementation projects on schedule, and with high customer satisfaction; projects include implementation of different solutions including reservation, waitlist, & table management; online ordering, POS, marketing automation, and more
  • Account Management: Collaborate directly with various external stakeholders to confirm goals, driving implementation of SevenRooms at their venue and tailor configuration and communication toward those those goals
  • Technical Aptitude: Be a product expert, able to help clients learn the platform effectively and optimize their utilization based off their business needs
  • Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives to support customers toward product adoption

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of experience working in challenging, customer-facing roles, ideally within the SaaS industry or hospitality technology
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong project management experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment; highly collaborative

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience building and implementing systems and process for internal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail
  • Comfortable traveling - up to 15% of the time

We are looking for a Vice President, Customer Success to develop, implement, and execute a clear strategy for delivering world-class customer success, support, and services. Who You Are

  • Experience leading an international Customer Success, Support and Services organization at a high growth B2B SaaS company
  • Expertise in supporting customer operations by effectively setting KPIs and output driven Incentivisation plans, monitoring customer health, and designing processes and leveraging systems for high adoption
  • Proven ability to achieve and surpass customer renewal and revenue expansion targets, as well as customer usage/engagement metrics
  • A deep understanding of customer use cases and product capabilities. Ability to diagnose common customer needs and issues, and to translate those needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong understanding of the complexity and nuances of different market segments (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise) and the ability to develop a customer journey lifecycle that is strategically tailored to the needs of each segment
  • Familiarity and practical expertise with various success-enablement technologies such as success management platforms, community and portal tools, self-service tools, on-line training tools, etc.
  • Extensive experience with building high performance, global success teams. Skilled in designing processes and strategies to recruit, retain, mentor, train and lead a world-class team

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to work directly with top hospitality operators across the globe to troubleshoot issues, instruct and teach product functionality, and strategize to maximize our customers’ ROI. You will be joining an 8 person team and reporting directly to the Director of Customer Support.

The schedule for this full-time position is Wednesday-Sunday 12pm-9pm (PST).

About The Role

About the Role

The IT Manager will be charged with developing and enhancing SevenRooms’ internal IT support function to provide an efficient and leading end user experience for our internal users. You will be responsible for building the foundations that allow the company to scale effectively, drive consistency in processes, and enhance overall satisfaction with IT support. About The Role

We are looking for an Information Security Engineer to develop security safeguards and countermeasures to protect our organization’s assets, employees and customers. You will assist the Security and Compliance team with expanding and building a leading information security practice to transform our information security capabilities and IT compliance posture. You will be joining a growing team of information security professionals and reporting directly to our Director, Security Compliance & Risk.

This role will require a strong background in securing SaaS environments, implementing network and endpoint security solutions and has experience with GCP security (specifically App Engine). What You’ll Do

  • Security Operations: Design and implement security operational processes to analyze, troubleshoot and investigate security related incidents, events and alerts; Maintain, configure and analyze security platforms and tools.
  • Vendor Management: Manage and execute on our third party risk management program including conducting vendor risk assessments; Partner with external teams (e.g. Pen Testers) to validate the security health of our platform
  • Internal Communication: Own and manage our security awareness program - Facilitate internal training on various security topics to raise awareness and interest; foster a security aware culture at SevenRooms.     
  • Security Operations: Detailed involvement in performing annual security risk assessments and evaluating security gaps using existing security tools; Identify, evaluate and implement a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tool and relevant processes for a decentralized SaaS environment.   
  • Security Operations (SIEM): Identify, evaluate and implement a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool including developing our log data taxonomy and configuring effective alerting rules.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure other business units are in compliance with security best practices; Work with the Director of Security & Compliance, and CTO to build and maintain our security roadmap
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop dashboards and reports on security objectives and overall posture; Participate in DR exercises, Incident Response Plan exercises  and continuous improvement processes.

Who You Are

  • 5 + years of relevant experience in Information Security and a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a cyber-security role with strong working knowledge and understanding of cyber security, frameworks, incident management, operations and application security best practices
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service or cloud service providers industry challenges
  • Must have experience with implementing and managing DLP and SIEM platforms, Event Logging and alerting systems.
  • Proven ability to develop tactical response procedures for security incidents and lead the identification, response, investigation and remediation of potential breaches and issues surrounding data security.
  • Experience with SentinelOne EDR, JAMF, Cisco Umbrella, endpoint security and networking technologies preferred 
  • Experience coordinating 3rd party/ vendor risk management or coordinate business continuity and disaster recovery efforts
  • Knowledge of network, host, application and data security; Vulnerability Scanning, internal and external perimeter protection, virtual private networks (VPN); intrusion detection & response; incident handling and forensics.
  • Security and cloud certifications (CySA+, GCIA, CCSP, CISSP, Google Compute Platform)
  • Experience using programming/scripting languages (Python, Ruby, etc)
  • Proven ability to manage projects to conclusion, while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds

What You'll Do

  • Own full lifecycle recruitment across Revenue teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations); source, screen, interview and hire candidates; ensure a flawless candidate experience and always maintain operational excellence

Who You Are
