About The Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role of identifying and qualifying prospects that fit within our target customer profile. The SDR acts as the first point of personal contact between prospects and the company.  

What You’ll Do

  • Prospecting: Prospect and identify clients to contact via email outreach and cold calling

Who You Are

  • You have 1+ years of previous work experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota driven sales environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and determined individual who likes the challenge of setting and exceeding goals
  • Cold calling, sales training and Salesforce.com experience is preferred
  • Restaurant, nightlife or hotel industry experience a plus

About The Role

We are looking for a Vice President, Customer Success to develop, implement, and execute a clear strategy for delivering world-class customer success, support, and services. Who You Are

  • Experience leading an international Customer Success, Support and Services organization at a high growth B2B SaaS company
  • Expertise in supporting customer operations by effectively setting KPIs and output driven Incentivisation plans, monitoring customer health, and designing processes and leveraging systems for high adoption
  • Proven ability to achieve and surpass customer renewal and revenue expansion targets, as well as customer usage/engagement metrics
  • A deep understanding of customer use cases and product capabilities. Ability to diagnose common customer needs and issues, and to translate those needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong understanding of the complexity and nuances of different market segments (SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise) and the ability to develop a customer journey lifecycle that is strategically tailored to the needs of each segment

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help secure the long-term success of our customers in Melbourne, Australia. You will provide support throughout their entire life cycle including deployment, training, onboarding, and adoption. Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience working in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience building and implementing systems and process for internal communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail
  • Comfortable traveling - up to 15% of the time

About The Role

  • Driven by data, able to successfully balance quantitative and qualitative input to make decisions

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer with a UI focus to join the SevenRooms Product Team. In this role, you will craft and deliver extraordinary experiences and innovative technology solutions to restaurants and hospitality venues at a time when they need it most. You will have the opportunity to work on a varied set of problems for multiple audiences: business operators, restaurant staff, and their guests, and design for both web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with our team of designers, product managers, and engineers to craft features that ship directly to our customers. 

Who You Are

  • 3-5+ years of software design experience
  • Excellent UI and interaction design skills; experience developing styles and patterns that make design and development more efficient and user experience more consistent
  • Deep understanding of tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping tools
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript fundamentals
  • Demonstrable skill in multiple areas of UX design (research, IA, visual, prototyping, etc.)

About The Role

The Senior Product Manager (Marketing Automation) will join our Product team and be responsible for the definition of our marketing automation software, 7X, for our global customers and internal business stakeholders. Our Product Managers interact regularly with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, User Experience Design, Customer Success, and Sales. 

What You’ll Do

  • Define business and product requirements for 7X
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute on product plans and deliver results

About The Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to define, design, and implement automation testing for our client-facing products. About the Role

The IT Manager will be charged with developing and enhancing SevenRooms’ internal IT support function to provide an efficient and leading end user experience for our internal users. About The Role

We are looking for an Information Security Engineer to develop security safeguards and countermeasures to protect our organization’s assets, employees and customers. You will assist the Security and Compliance team with expanding and building a leading information security practice to transform our information security capabilities and IT compliance posture. You will be joining a growing team of information security professionals and reporting directly to our Director, Security Compliance & Risk.

This role will require a strong background in securing SaaS environments, implementing network and endpoint security solutions and has experience with GCP security (specifically App Engine). The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of compliance concepts (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, ISO2700x, etc.) balanced with the practical experience in building security related operations, implementing security toolsets and to use your industry experience to own and drive the resolution of complex security incidents, policy questions and technical security issues. 

What You’ll Do

  • Security Operations: Design and implement security operational processes to analyze, troubleshoot and investigate security related incidents, events and alerts; Maintain, configure and analyze security platforms and tools.
  • Vendor Management: Manage and execute on our third party risk management program including conducting vendor risk assessments; Partner with external teams (e.g. Pen Testers) to validate the security health of our platform
  • Internal Communication: Own and manage our security awareness program - Facilitate internal training on various security topics to raise awareness and interest; foster a security aware culture at SevenRooms.     
  • Security Operations: Detailed involvement in performing annual security risk assessments and evaluating security gaps using existing security tools; Identify, evaluate and implement a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tool and relevant processes for a decentralized SaaS environment.   
  • Security Operations (SIEM): Identify, evaluate and implement a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool including developing our log data taxonomy and configuring effective alerting rules.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure other business units are in compliance with security best practices; Work with the Director of Security & Compliance, and CTO to build and maintain our security roadmap
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop dashboards and reports on security objectives and overall posture; Participate in DR exercises, Incident Response Plan exercises  and continuous improvement processes.

Who You Are

  • 5 + years of relevant experience in Information Security and a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a cyber-security role with strong working knowledge and understanding of cyber security, frameworks, incident management, operations and application security best practices
  • Experience with Software-as-a-Service or cloud service providers industry challenges
  • Must have experience with implementing and managing DLP and SIEM platforms, Event Logging and alerting systems.
  • Proven ability to develop tactical response procedures for security incidents and lead the identification, response, investigation and remediation of potential breaches and issues surrounding data security.

  • Compliance Management: Execute on our Technology GRC plan to ensure an effective internal control environment for PCI, SOC 2, ISO2700x and other regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA); Review, implement and maintain a GRC tool to drive a risk aware and compliant-centric organization   
  • Continuous Improvement: Coordinate and manage cross-functionally to assist business units in the development and implementation of remediation plans related to IT controls; Create and maintain internal control narratives, flowcharts and risk matrices.
  • Technology Risk Management: Support the management in identifying key technology risks, forward thinking mitigation strategies and improvements to the business process. 
  • Policies and Procedures: Review and enhance IT security policies and procedure documents based on ISO2700x standards; Develop and maintain ITGC process flows, procedural documentation and effective compliance strategies for key applications in a complex SaaS environment.  
  • Internal Communication: Educate the IT organization on governance, risk and controls, and compliance concepts

Who You Are

  • 3 - 5 + years of relevant experience in the fields of Information Systems audit, IT Risk Assurance, Internal and/or External audit (Big 4 preferred) 
  • Experience working at a SaaS company preferred
  • CISA, CISSP or equivalent Information Technology audit or security certifications are preferred

What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of software engineers, including design and code review

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner, with a specialization in Revenue recruiting, to join our Recruiting team.

In this role, you will design and implement best-in-class recruiting strategies that scale, while building a fantastic experience for candidates & teammates alike. From a candidate's first touch with SevenRooms, you will be a guide, thought partner, and advisor for driving engagement with talent. You'll be a consultative recruiting partner to our Revenue leaders, getting to know, advise, and advocate for their teams. What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers in the Revenue organization to develop, prioritize, and then deliver on comprehensive workforce plans; take the lead on partnering with Revenue leaders to build a hiring strategy
  • Own full lifecycle recruitment across Revenue teams (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations); source, screen, interview and hire candidates; ensure a flawless candidate experience and always maintain operational excellence
  • Advise hiring managers and interviewers on recruiting best practices and strategies; drive recruiting initiatives centered on (but not limited to) organizational design, workforce planning, retention and succession, and executive coaching

Who You Are

  • You have 3-4+ years of revenue recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • You bring a deep understanding of the full lifecycle recruitment process (sourcing/screening, managing internal/external processes, offer negotiation, and closing candidates)
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, a consultative approach, and excellent prioritization; you are able to build rapport quickly with different stakeholders and communicate effectively within all levels of the organization

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to identify and engage qualified candidates for our growing Product, Engineering, Revenue, and G&A teams. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers on generating candidate leads and effectively screening candidates. Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer in an agency or in-house recruiting team
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems

About The Role

The Partnerships Director will provide ongoing consultative business support to key partners to help grow their businesses while assuring client success. This role takes ownership to lead and drive special projects that influence the overall adoption of various SevenRooms solutions with our strategic partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Share the SevenRooms Platform and vision of the product roadmap and services to our partner community to accelerate revenue growth
  • Act as the liaison to key partners by building strong relationships that help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their plans and to develop innovative and high-impact shared initiatives that will help the partner and SevenRooms succeed
  • Create and deliver regular partner QBRs to discuss partner performance and opportunities for improvements
  • Track and analyze partner performance on SevenRooms and make recommendations for strategic courses of action and improvements
  • Drive platform innovation by collecting detailed feedback from partners and sharing it with internal stakeholders
  • Develop standard methodologies to foster, manage, track opportunities, and replicate them for future partnerships
  • Manage all program reporting, liaising as needed with internal teams at SevenRooms to ensure regular reporting is up to date, delivered on time to key partners to ensure all partnerships are on track
  • Escalating issues to SevenRooms Leadership and meeting regularly with SevenRooms stakeholders to share partnership performance

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of client facing experience in partner management, account management, or technical sales
  • Experience developing working relationships and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally
  • Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel

About The Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Director to provide ongoing consultative business support to key partners to help grow their businesses while assuring client success. You will lead and drive special projects that influence the overall adoption of various SevenRooms solutions with our strategic partners. You will be joining a growing team of professionals that provide business support to the organization and reporting directly to our General Manager, Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Partnerships: Share the SevenRooms Platform and vision of the product roadmap and services to our partner community to accelerate revenue growth; Act as the liaison to key partners by building strong relationships that help them achieve their goals; Drive platform innovation by collecting detailed feedback from partners and sharing it with internal stakeholders
