The Team & Role

As the Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating a best-in-class Account-Based Marketing strategy which will include planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within our Strategic targeted accounts and contacts (mid-market + Enterprise). You will act as a strategic owner of our Account-Based Marketing program as well as function as a hands-on liaison between marketing and sales teams to develop 1:1, and few tactics designed to penetrate target accounts. You will lead and build out marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics as well as managing 3rd party vendors to meet pipeline requirements of account segments.

This role will report to our Director of Demand Generation.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven ABM strategy to achieve sales goals, focusing on new logo acquisition and existing opportunity acceleration.
  • Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns targeted at our highest value prospect accounts, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics
  • Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs including agencies, direct mail providers, and fulfillment services
  • Work closely with marketing ops and content marketing to launch campaigns and support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional and local programs
  • Document processes and best practices for marketing and sales teams to reference
  • Work with Sales Ops to maintain comprehensive account profiles and strategic target personas; develop a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in defining the target audience required to achieve account goals
  • Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within strategic accounts; develop data and insight strategy to add key personas and contacts within accounts

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in an Account Based Marketing Role
  • Deep knowledge of ABM tool(s) (Terminus preferred)
  • Consider yourself an ABM subject matter expert. You’ve successfully built ABM programs at scale and can implement a modern enterprise marketing playbook. You know how to evolve an ABM strategy over time.
  • Experience running campaigns and programs that directly contributed to pipeline growth using modern marketing tools and channels including, but not limited to: list building and targeting, webinars and digital events, personalized websites and landing pages, account-based ads, direct mail, etc.
  • You’re an analytical problem solver. Your decisions are informed by data, and you know how to use analytics to draw insights to continually optimize campaigns and maximize growth.
  • You’re inquisitive and innovative. You have a “test and learn” mentality and a hunger to leverage the latest technology and methods to drive growth.
  • Strong collaborator who partners with key stakeholders to deliver outstanding business results.
  • Best in class marketing, demand generation, and channel experience with a B2B company.
  • Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
