Meet our leaders

As CEO & Co-Founder of SevenRooms, Joel Montaniel leads business operations and strategy for the company. Under his leadership, SevenRooms has acquired customers in over 1000 cities globally, and seated more than 710 million guests. Prior to founding SevenRooms in 2011, Joel served as Chief of Staff at LivePerson, where he assisted with strategic, operational and cultural initiatives. He began his career at Credit Suisse within their Real Estate Finance and Securitization Group. He graduated with honors from Georgetown University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Biology.

Allison Page is the Chief Product Officer & Co-Founder of SevenRooms. She has led the company’s product strategy, vision and UX design since its inception. Before founding SevenRooms, Allison worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She currently sits on the boards of Red Robin (NASDAQ: RRGB) and the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship at Cornell.

As the CTO & Co-Founder of SevenRooms, Kinesh Patel leads the engineering teams in the development of software technology. Prior to founding SevenRooms, Kinesh served as  Team Lead of Scientific Computing at ExxonMobil. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Pam Martinez is the Chief Financial Officer of SevenRooms. She has more than 15 years of experience scaling SaaS businesses into global category leaders within the areas of financial and business planning, forecasting improvements and new market expansion. She previously served as Vice President of Finance for HubSpot, where she helped the business grow into a publicly traded company with $1 billion in annual recurring revenue. Before HubSpot, Pam worked in finance roles at RSA and Dell EMC. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Boston College.

Brent-Stig Kraus is Chief Revenue Officer at SevenRooms. In this role, he is responsible for leading and scaling sales, customer success and revenue operations functions for SevenRooms across the globe. Prior to joining SevenRooms, he was the SVP of Sales, Onboarding and Success at ChowNow. Prior to ChowNow, he served in sales leadership and executive roles at MINDBODY, Coursera, Invoca, Lynda.com and Dow Jones. Collectively, he has worked with SaaS companies that have been acquired in transactions totaling over $4.5 billion, and played a role in raising more than $500 million in capital throughout his career. Kraus holds a B.A. in English from UC Santa Barbara.

Josh Todd is the Chief Marketing Officer at SevenRooms. In his role, he leads the planning, development and execution of the platform’s marketing efforts. He is also responsible for ideating the strategies that cement SevenRooms as the leading guest experience and retention platform across new and existing markets. Josh most recently served as CMO at Mindbody from 2017 to 2022, where he helped grow revenue by 117% and played a pivotal role in connecting millions of consumers with tens of thousands of wellness businesses on the Mindbody Marketplace. Prior to Mindbody, Josh was CMO at Localytics and also served as VP of Marketing at email marketing pioneer Constant Contact. Josh has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Human Behavior from Babson College and an MBA in Marketing from Colorado State University.  

As the Chief People Officer of SevenRooms, Paul McCarthy is responsible for culture, talent acquisition, development and people management for the company. He has more than 18 years of experience in executive leadership roles related to people operations, community building and communications. Before coming to SevenRooms, Paul served as the Senior Vice President of People Operations for Intersection and Chief People Officer of Handshake.

Danilo Mangano is the EVP, International for SevenRooms. In this role, he leads the company’s international growth across key international markets, including sales, partnerships and hiring throughout those regions. Prior to joining SevenRooms, Danilo was the Global Director of Premium Products & Benefits at American Express and the Head of Retail Partnerships at Visa. He holds master’s degrees in both Law and Marketing and Business Communications.

As General Manager, APAC for SevenRooms, Paul Hadida is responsible for expanding the company’s business and on-the-ground presence across the APAC region. As a senior leader with experience in SaaS and high-growth marketplaces, Paul has an impressive track record of scaling businesses across Australia as Vice President of Asia-Pacific (APAC) at Quandoo, and in various sales leadership roles at Catch Group. He also has more than 20 years of hospitality experience, including as an owner-operator.

Aja Baxter is the General Counsel of SevenRooms. He has more than 20 years of experience as an attorney, with a particular focus on negotiating complex commercial transactions, developing legal policies and compliance practices for scaling companies, and supporting the growth of innovative businesses. Aja previously served as General Counsel for Spring Health, where he helped the business close its Series C financing round and grow internationally. Before Spring Health, Aja served as General Counsel for Breather and EducationDynamics. Aja holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Morehouse College, and a J.D. from Columbia University.
