Meet the Team

Onboarding Manager

Your Onboarding Manager is available to train, guide, and support you in setting up your account. We conduct onboarding sessions via Zoom meetings to facilitate screen sharing and collaboration. For further assistance, please reach out to your point of contact or the onboarding team.

Global Technical Support

We offer around the clock global technical support to assist you after you are live on SevenRooms. Our team includes support representatives globally, available day and night via email or our in-app chat feature.

Robust Help Center

Our SevenRooms Help Center is your ultimate resource hub! It features comprehensive articles covering every aspect of the platform, complete with written guides and step-by-step instructions, accompanied by helpful images and video training materials.

Requirements

Order Hardware

An iPad is required to use SevenRooms.

Submit Floorplan

Submit your Floorplan layout, Table Capacities, and Table Combinations prior to scheduling your Kickoff Call.

Login & Add Users

Create User Accounts for your team in order to access all Onboarding content.

🗓 Onboarding Timeline

Time is of the essence! By dedicating a few hours each week to configuring your account, we can get you up and running in as little as 2 weeks.

The following tasks are mandatory in order to use SevenRooms and begin onboarding:

Submit your floorplan.
Order or procure hardware.
Schedule a Kickoff Call and ensure you are able to join a Zoom or Google Meet via a computer.

⚠️ Hardware Requirements

An iPad or iOS device is required. We recommend purchasing devices that support the latest iOS.
A chit printer, lock stand, and bluetooth keyboard are recommended.
