Travis Masiero Restaurant Group Selects SevenRooms Platform to Power Online Reservations and Guest Experience

SINGAPORE (28 July, 2023) SevenRooms, a guest experience and retention platform for the hospitality industry, today announced it has been selected by Travis Masiero Restaurant Group, a collection of four critically acclaimed restaurants in Singapore – including Luke’s, The Original Blue Label Pizza and Wine, Nixta, and The Clubroom – to power its online reservations and guest experience. 

Leveraging SevenRooms rather than third-party reservation platforms enables Travis Masiero Restaurant Group to provide a smoother guest experience from the very first interaction, and use that to maintain excellent guest experience, build stronger relationships and offer personalised experiences. 

Through reservation management, the group can seamlessly manage bookings, table assignments and waitlist management. By collecting and analysing approved guest data throughout the booking process – such as preferences, dietary restrictions, past dining history, and feedback – the group can create comprehensive guest profiles.
