SevenRooms currently enables Fairway Social Alpharetta and Roaring Social Alpharetta to collect guest data and manage reservations in a seamless, intuitive way. Over the coming months, the partnership will bring SevenRooms’ robust platform into additional CSV venues across the greater Atlanta area to help them continue to evolve with the needs of their guests, create exceptional experiences, boost profitability and drive repeat business.
In addition to utilizing SevenRooms’ venue management system and reservation solutions, CSV will incorporate additional SevenRooms features, including review aggregation, marketing automation, and table waitlists. The new set of tools will allow CSV to continue to enhance premium food and beverage offerings and live entertainment beyond walk-ins — while continuing to stay focused on encouraging play through shared experiences.
CSV’s SVP of Sales & Marketing, Brian Harper, previously worked with SevenRooms during his tenure at Topgolf, one of SevenRooms’ entertainment clients, and immediately knew the CSV brand would benefit from this partnership to help meet and exceed the company’s growth plans.
