The UK hotel sector has begun welcoming guests back, yet, when it comes to their F&B offerings, new SevenRooms research indicates that many are missing out on valuable opportunities to build direct relationships with their customers.

The SevenRooms Hotel Inspection study found that many hotel F&B operators are leaving valuable guest data and revenue on the table by not prioritizing direct booking and ordering channels. Download the report for key stats including:
