Mango’s Tropical Café Drives $44K Revenue in First 7 Months with Email Marketing

For over 30 years, Mango’s Tropical Café has been a fixture on Miami’s nightlife scene. This restaurant, dance club and live music destination welcomes performers from all around the world. Building on decades of success on South Beach, the team opened a second location in Orlando in 2016. As the business’ footprint grew, so did their need for an agile technology partner that could scale alongside them.

Seeking a software solution that could help them streamline operations, facilitate data sharing and enhance the guest experience across both properties, the team turned to SevenRooms. In this case study, you’ll hear from two Mango’s Tropical Café managers about how they have since utilized the platform to:

• Save $481K with direct, commission-free covers
• Build a unified guest database across both properties
• Quickly and securely process online payments during the booking flow
• Send custom email communications to specific guest segments and easily track their performance
