The Mulberry Group Generates $112K AUD in 5 Months with Email Marketing

The Mulberry Group, a prominent player in Melbourne’s dining scene, has thrived for two decades, evolving from classic cafes to a diverse range of venues including restaurants, bars, a coffee roastery, and a social enterprise called the Common Ground Project, all fueled by their commitment to sustainability.

Knowing that one key to sustainability is a strong community, the group sought a new technology partner that would allow them to create a more personalised dining experience, and in turn cultivate more repeat guests. In March 2022, The Mulberry Group switched from OpenTable to SevenRooms. In this case study you’ll hear how the group’s team has since used the platform to:

• Save $256K AUD in cover fees
• Generate $112k AUD in incremental revenue
• Significantly grow their number of email subscribers
