SevenRooms Named a Winner of All Five Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards

NEW YORK (April 28, 2023) – SevenRooms, a guest experience and retention platform for the hospitality industry, has been awarded all five Top Workplaces Culture Excellence awards for Leadership, Innovation, Work-Life Flexibility, Compensation & Benefits, and Purpose & Values. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
SevenRooms takes a people-first approach to benefits and is building a world-class culture for its current and future employees around the world. In 2022, SevenRooms launched its Fresh Start program which offers all new hires their first two weeks of employment as paid time off. In addition to Fresh Start and 7R&R, SevenRooms pairs its unlimited PTO plan with benefits like monthly recharge days, ‘Roomies Choice’ stipends offering every employee $150 a month to spend on whatever they choose (childcare, home office set-up, dining out, a vacation), plus an additional $150 stipend to spend quarterly at SevenRooms restaurant and hotel partners.
