Nobu London Old Park Lane (London, UK)

Open for more than 25 years, this iconic Japanese-Peruvian restaurant near Hyde Park is a true London institution. But even high-volume operations like this need to ensure that they keep no-shows and late cancellations to a minimum. By enforcing reservation deposits for parties larger than seven, the team has noticed these numbers trending lower over time.

Café de l’Homme (Paris, France)

This French bistro within the Musee de l’Homme is home to some of the best Eiffel Tower vistas in Paris. With a fully prepaid “Eiffel Experience”, guests are ensured an unimpeded view of the famous monument, plus free-flowing Champagne, a three-course prix fixe meal, and even a special souvenir to take home.

Cactus Club Cafe (Calgary, Canada)

Little details can make all the difference between happy guests and unhappy surprises. That’s why this modern Canadian restaurant makes sure its customers are kept fully in-the-know by clearly demarcating the different available seating areas, plus directing guests unable to find the time they were searching for to other properties within the group with SevenRooms’ cross-selling feature.

Somewhere Nowhere (New York, NY)
