Because it is all integrated with the SevenRooms CRM system, all the information is automatically added to guest profiles as transactions happen.
Yes! You can allocate specific areas of your restaurant or venue to be eligible for specific experiences. For example, many clients use the Experience feature to offer guests the option to book specific seating areas, like an outdoor patio or a room with live music. Experiences can also be offered only for specific times of the day. For example, if you offer a brunch buffet, you might only offer that during the brunch shift and you might restrict that experience to a specific seating area.
